Legal
Please read these terms carefully before booking a studio session or engaging our services.
All studio sessions must be booked in advance. Clients are encouraged to confirm the service required, date, time and project details before the session begins. Walk-in sessions are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
Artists must arrive on time for their scheduled session. Late arrival may reduce the available studio time, especially when another booking follows. Session time begins at the agreed start time regardless of artist arrival.
Payment terms must be agreed before work begins. Some services may require a deposit before production, recording, mixing or mastering starts. Final payment is due upon completion of the agreed service unless otherwise arranged.
Clients should communicate early if they need to cancel or reschedule a booking. Last-minute cancellations may affect future booking priority. Deposits may be non-refundable depending on the timing of cancellation.
Artists are expected to prepare their lyrics, ideas, beats, references and project details before the session. Poor preparation may affect the quality and speed of production and may result in additional session time being required at additional cost.
Mixing and mastering revisions should be requested within the agreed revision period. Minor changes may be included in the original service fee, but major changes after approval may attract an additional fee. This will be communicated clearly before any extra work begins.
Clients are encouraged to collect their final files upon completion of the project. Project files may not be stored permanently on our systems unless a special long-term arrangement has been agreed. Chil4ril Music Production is not responsible for lost files after delivery.
Ownership, leasing, exclusive rights and usage rights for beats must be agreed before release and use. Artists should confirm in advance whether they are paying for studio time only, beat leasing, exclusive rights or full production ownership. Uncleared beats used in releases are the artist's responsibility.
All clients must respect the studio environment, equipment, staff and other artists. Disruptive behaviour, damage to equipment or failure to follow studio guidelines may result in immediate cancellation of the session without refund.
Once the client provides final approval on a completed song, mix or master, any further requested changes may be treated as a new revision or a new service, potentially attracting additional fees. Clients should listen carefully to all deliverables before giving final approval.
